Pnoēs Tinos is a luxury destination hotel located on the southern tip of Tinos, one of the Aegean Islands of Greece. The hotel features only three private villas that have been designed by Aristides Dallas, one of Greece’s most famous architects, based on the natural elements of earth, wind and water. Pnoēs Tinos offers guests the opportunity to not only relax and indulge but also actively create their own experiences. With a focus on sustainability, everything from the breakfast baskets to the architectural materials and décor is locally sourced, and the hotel has implemented a recycling system and wastewater reuse program.

What are the villas like?

Each villa at Pnoēs Tinos features 73 square meters of indoor space and 67 square meters of outdoor space, as well as approximately 100 square meters of private gardens. The villas have two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living area with a kitchenette and a fireplace, and a sitting and dining area under a pergola outside. The villas are made with locally quarried stone and have lime-washed surfaces typical of Cycladic architecture. The interiors feature bespoke furnishings designed exclusively for Pnoēs Tinos, including 3D-printed sculptures and artworks by local artists such as Alexandra Papadimouli, founder of the brand The Round Button. The bathrooms are inspired by the style of the hammam and feature zero-waste bath amenity gift boxes produced in collaboration with local brand Ena Karo.

The hotel prepares and delivers complimentary baskets of fresh local organic products for breakfast and also offers workshops to educate visitors about the island’s cuisine. Each villa at Pnoēs Tinos has a private garden that grows Mediterranean fruits and vegetables, providing guests with the opportunity to harvest their own produce during the summer months.
