The vision of Ricardo Larriera, an Australian advertising director-turned-hotelier, Gundari embraces a raw luxury aesthetic, using natural materials like stone excavated on-site and sand-coloured cement. What are the rooms like?

Gundari offers 25 suites and two villas, each designed to provide beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. The suites are categorized into Executive, Superior, and Deluxe Cave Suites, all featuring private terraces and infinity pools. The interiors reflect a calming, neutral palette with marble floors, custom-made wooden furniture and linen bedding. Noteworthy design elements include delicate lamps by Céline Wright and nostalgic touches like Pioneer vinyl players in select rooms. The villas are expansive, with three to four bedrooms, infinity pools and jacuzzis. Bathrooms feature Greek brand Olive Era products and some rooms offer outdoor showers.
