Nobis Hotel Palma stands in one of Palma’s oldest buildings where it is blending centuries-old architecture with modern comforts. The hotel’s design is a joint effort between Swedish designers Wingårdhs and Spanish architects from Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo Garcia Acuna Arquitectos. From its origins as a 12th-century Muslim palace, the building has evolved, showcasing Gothic and Baroque styles. The hotel features elements like two courtyards, a rooftop terrace and NOI restaurant, led by Mallorcan chef Xema Álvarez.

The 37 rooms and 11 suites of Nobis Hotel Palma are spread over three floors, each with a distinct shape and design due to the building’s original architecture. Some rooms display historical features like old patterned ceramic floors and wooden ceilings. Modern furnishings include beds from Carl Hansen, lighting from Flos and locally made wardrobes. The rooms also feature textiles by Leela Romero and handmade ceramics by Spanish artists Paco Romero and Miquel Segura, creating a comfortable and authentic atmosphere.
