Named after Aldina Ubaldini, to whom it was gifted in 1043, the hotel comprises three ancient buildings, including the main building la Pieve, adjacent to the 10th-century Pieve di Santa Maria Novella church. The hotel’s architecture and interiors, designed by Pierattelli Architetture, reflect a blend of stylistic purity and contemporary taste.
